《中国乳腺癌规范诊疗质量控制年鉴》解读

Interpretation of Quality Control Yearbook of Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment of Breast Cancer in China

GLOBOCAN 2020最新癌症负担数据显示,乳腺癌已取代肺癌成为全球发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,中国乳腺癌发病率亦居我国女性恶性肿瘤首位,并呈逐渐上升趋势。为推动我国乳腺癌规范化诊疗以及国家和区域质量控制(以下简称质控)体系建设高质量发展,国家肿瘤质控中心乳腺癌专家委员会于2021年伊始,组织国内150余名乳腺癌诊治领域专家,编撰《中国乳腺癌规范诊疗质量控制年鉴(2021)》,年鉴每年持续更新,2021版和2022版已在人民卫生电子音像出版社出版。年鉴对中国乳腺癌的流行病学、诊疗现状、国家及区域乳腺癌诊疗质控建设现状、工作成果以及乳腺癌学科建设与诊疗能力发展现状进行总结和更新,致力于成为具有中国特色和国际视野的标准参考工具书,为国家乳腺癌防控政策的制订提供科学依据,促进全国范围内乳腺癌诊疗水平的均质化,推动我国乳腺癌患者生存率的大幅提升,助力“健康中国”战略目标的实现。本文将对年鉴的重要意义价值及基本框架内容进行解读。

The latest cancer burden data of GLOBOCAN 2020 shows that breast cancer has replaced lung cancer as the most common malignant tumor in the world.The incidence of breast cancer in China also ranks the first among female malignant tumors and is gradually increasing.In order to promote the high-quality development of standardized diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer and the construction of national and regional quality control system in China,the Breast Cancer Expert Committee of National Cancer Quality Control Center organized more than 150 domestic experts in the field of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment to compile the Quality Control Yearbook of Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment of Breast Cancer in China from 2021,which is continuously updated every year.The 2021 and 2022 editions have been released by the People's Health Electronic Audio and Video Publishing House.The yearbook summarizes and updates the epidemiology of breast cancer in China,the current situation of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment,the current situation and work achievements of the quality control construction of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment at national and regional levels,as well as the current situation of the discipline construction and diagnosis and treatment capacity development of breast cancer.It is committed to becoming a historical standard reference book with Chinese characteristics and an international perspective.The yearbook will provide a scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control policies,promote the homogenization of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment nationwide,promote the substantial improvement of the survival rate of breast cancer patients in China,and ultimately help achieve the strategic goals of the Healthy China.This paper will interpret and analyze the significance and basic framework of the yearbook.
