中药封包联合TDP烤灯对减轻行腹腔镜胃癌根治术后患者切口疼痛及感染的作用

Effects of traditional Chinese medicine package combined with TDP baking lamp on relieving incision pain and infection of patients after laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer

目的探讨中药封包联合TDP烤灯对降低行腹腔镜胃癌根治术后患者切口疼痛和感染的发生率,以及促进切口愈合的临床效果。方法根据随机数字表法按1∶1比例将在烟台毓璜顶医院胃肠外科行腹腔镜胃癌根治术的胃癌患者分入对照组和观察组。103例对照组患者施以常规围手术期护理,103例观察组患者在对照组的基础上加以中药封包联合TDP烤灯疗法,1次/天,每次20~30 min,持续4 d。比较2组患者在术后切口疼痛、切口感染及切口愈合方面的差异。2组间比较采用χ^(2)检验或t检验。结果观察组患者术后疼痛、切口感染的发生率及切口愈合时间均低于或早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药封包联合TDP烤灯能够减轻行腹腔镜胃癌根治术后患者切口疼痛及感染的发生率,促进切口愈合。

Objective The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine package combined with thermal design power(TDP)baking lamp on reducing incision pain and infection and promoting incision healing in patients after laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer is to be explored.Methods The patients with gastric cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the Department of Gastrointestinal surgery of Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital were divided into control group and observation group at a ratio of 1∶1 according to the method of random number table.The patients in the control group were given routine perioperative nursing,and the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine package combined with TDP baking lamp therapy(once a day,each time for 20-30 min,lasting for 4 days)on the basis of the control group.The differences of postoperative incision pain,infection and healing between the two groups were compared.Chi-square(χ^(2))test or t test was used for comparison between the two groups.Results The level of postoperative pain,the incidence of incision infection,and the time of incision healing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine package combined with TDP baking lamp can reduce the incidence of incision pain and incision infection rate,and promote incision healing after laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer.
