新型冠状病毒疫情期间上海某三甲医院护士执业环境调查及特征分析

Characterization and analysis of nurses'practice environment during COVID-19 pandemic in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai

目的了解2019新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间上海某三甲医院护士的执业环境及其特征,调查并明确疫情对护士执业环境的影响,为后续常态化疫情管理中护士执业环境的改善提供依据。方法于2020年6月,采用国家卫生和计划生育委员会医院管理研究所护理中心提供的护士执业环境测评问卷,对上海某三级甲等医院全体护士进行调查。结果在所有护士中,1521名护士(76.01%)完成本次调查,护士执业环境的测评均分为(90.47±14.62)分。问卷调查结果显示,不同服务年限、职称及能力水平的护士在护士执业环境各维度及总分上均存在统计学差异(P<0.05),不同文化程度的护士在沟通交流及社会地位维度方面均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论我院护士在新型冠状病毒疫情期间的执业环境评价处于较高水平,且不同工龄、职称及能力水平的护士对执业环境的评价不同。

Objective Nurses'practice environment,its characteristics in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai during Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19),and the epidemic's impact on the nurses'practice environment were investigated and clarified,in order to improve the nurse's practice environment in the follow-up normalization of epidemic situation management.Methods In June 2020,we investigated all nurses in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai using the nurse practice environment assessment questionnaire provided by the Nursing Center of the Hospital Management Institute of the National Health and Family Planning Commission.Results Of all nurses,1521(76.01%)completed the survey.The average score of nurses'practice environment was(90.47±14.62).According to the result of questionnaire,there were significant differences in the dimensions and total scores of nurses with different lengths of service,professional title,and energy level(P<0.05).There were differences in the dimensions of communication and social status among nurses with different educational background(P<0.05).Conclusion The practice environmental assessment of nurses in our hospital during the novel coronavirus epidemic was at a high level.Nurses with different working ages,technical titles and nurse capability level have different evaluations of the practice environment.
