摘要
[目的]基于住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)带教教师评价角度了解住培基地日常教学管理工作现状,为今后提高基地教学管理工作效果提供参考。[方法]采取多阶段抽样方法对云南省8家医院住培基地的318名住培带教教师进行匿名问卷调查,运用Epidata 3.1软件进行数据录入,采用SPSS 26.0统计软件进行统计学分析。[结果]57.2%的带教教师认为基地“很重视”住培工作,32.7%认为基地住培条件“较好”,76.1%认为基地已建立并落实了教师激励制度。住培基地对学员教学及考核最常用方式分别为小讲课和模拟考核,最常用教师培训方式是医院层面培训。22.0%的带教教师认为基地教学管理工作效果“很好”,19.2%对基地教学管理工作开展情况“非常满意”。[结论]当前云南省住培基地教学管理制度尚不完善,建议从加强政策支持、完善教师激励和培训制度、改善学员待遇水平及加强就业培训等几个方面进行改进。
Objective To understand the current situation of daily teaching management in standardized training base for resident doctors from the perspective of tutors,and to provide the reference for improving the effectiveness of teaching management of the base in the future.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 318 tutors in eight hospitals that were standardized training bases for resident doctors in Yunnan Province by multistage sampling method.Epidata3.1 software was used for data entry,and SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results 57.2%of the tutors thought that the base attached great importance to the training for resident doctors.32.7%thought that conditions of training for resident doctors in the base were good.76.1%thought that the base had established and implemented the incentive system for tutors.The most commonly used teaching and assessment methods for students in training bases were small lectures and simulation assessment,and the most commonly used teacher training was hospital-level training.22.0%of the tutors thought that the teaching management of the base was“very good”[KG-*3].19.2%were“very satisfied”with the teaching management of the base.Conclusions The current teaching management system of standardized training base for resident doctors in Yunnan Province is not perfect.It is suggested to improve it from several aspects,such as strengthening policy support,improving teacher incentive and training system,improving the treatment level of students and strengthening employment training.
