北方地区菜用甘薯高效栽培技术

Efficient Cultivation Technologies of Vegetable Sweet Potato in Northern China

为进一步提升北方甘薯栽培种植效益,结合菜用甘薯的特点,因地制宜,从品种选择、种苗繁育、整地、定植、田间管理、病虫害防治、收获等环节,总结了适宜北方地区的菜用甘薯高效栽培技术,可实现露地种植连续采收3个月茎尖,667 m^(2)效益在10000元以上。

In order to further improve the planting benefit of sweet potato in northern China,combined with the characteristics of vegetable sweet potato and adapting to local conditions,the efficient cultivation technologies of vegetable sweet potato suitable for northern China were summarized from the aspects of cultivars selection,seedling breeding,soil preparation,planting,field management,pest control and harvesting,which could realize continuous harvesting of stem tips for 3 months in open field planting,and the benefit was over 10000 yuan per 667 m^(2).
