Fire Risk Assessment of Medical Institutions Based on FRC-AHP-FCE

为提升医疗机构火灾风险评估的科学性和实用性,促使同时满足一般消防安全管理人员和消防监督检查人员的工作需求,依据国家和行业消防安全相关技术标准与规范文件等,结合医疗机构火灾风险评估的实际需求,制定了便于医疗机构日常消防安全管理与火灾风险防范的火灾风险检查表。为进一步量化检查表的结果,结合火灾风险检查表-层次分析-模糊综合评价法的相互优势,构建医疗机构火灾风险评估模型,以定量评估医疗机构的火灾风险水平。最后,对5所医院进行火灾风险评估,发现火灾风险综合评估值、火灾风险等级与医院实际检查的不合格项比例所呈现的风险高低水平相符,验证了模型的有效性。

In order to improve the scientific and practical nature of fire risk assessment in medical institutions,and to meet the work needs of general fire safety managers and fire safety inspectors at the same time,according to the relevant technical standards and normative documents of national and industrial fire safety,combined with the actual needs of fire risk assessment in medical institutions,a fire risk checklist was developed to facilitate the daily fire safety management and fire risk prevention of medical institutions.In order to further quantify the results of the checklist,combined with the mutual advantages of the fire risk checklist-analytic hierarchy process-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a fire risk assessment model for medical institutions was constructed to quantitatively assess the fire risk level of medical institutions.Finally,the fire risk assessment of five hospitals was carried out,and it was found that the comprehensive fire risk assessment value and the fire risk level were consistent with the risk level presented by the proportion of unqualified items in the actual inspection of the hospital,which verified the effectiveness of the model.
