摘要
在深入分析卫星数字化协同研制典型问题的基础上,重点阐述了MBD(基于模型的定义)在卫星数字化协同研制过程中涉及的分布式并行协同设计、机械产品精益化智能设计、多维度设计制造一体化集成等关键技术解决方案。通过型号全流程应用验证了技术方案的可行性和合理性,提高了卫星机械的总体设计质量和效率。卫星产品开发单件定制、种类繁多、结构复杂专业综合的特点与模具类似,可为行业应用提供有益参考。
Based on the in-depth analysis of typical problems arising in the digital collaborative R&D of satellites,this study focuses on the distributed parallel collaborative designing,the lean and intelligent designing of mechanical products,the integration of multi-dimensional designing and manufacturing and other key technological solutions involved in the process of satellite digital collaborative R&D.Feasibility and rationality of the solutions are validated in the full application process of certain satellite models.It greatly improves the overall mechanical designing quality and efficiency of satellites and provides valuable references to similar applications in satellite R&D fields.
