摘要
目的:基于三维结构医疗机构主导,构建“互联网+护理服务”质量评价体系。方法:以Donabedian提出的“结构-过程-结果”为理论框架,基于文献检索、半结构式访谈、田野研究初步构建质量评价指标条目池,通过两轮德尔菲专家咨询法确定评价指标体系。结果:两轮专家积极系数100%,权威系数为0.90,两轮专家咨询的肯德尔系数分别为0.283、0.266(P<0.05),具有较高一致性,最终形成包含3个一级条目,11个二级条目,57个三级条目的“互联网+护理服务”质量评价体系。结论:基于三维结构医疗机构主导的“互联网+护理服务”质量评价体系内容合理,构建过程科学,可为我国医疗机构“互联网+护理服务”质量评价提供参考。
Objective:To build a quality evaluation system for“Internet+nursing service”based on a three-dimensional structure of medical institutions.Methods:Based on the theoretical framework of“structure-process-result”proposed by Donabedian,a pool of quality evaluation indexes was initially constructed based on literature search,semi-structured interview and field research,and the evaluation index system was determined through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.Results:The positive coefficient of the two rounds of experts was 100%,the authority coefficient was 0.90,and the Kendall coefficient of the two rounds of expert correspondence was 0.283 and 0.266(P<0.05),respectively,with high consistency.Finally,an Internet+nursing service quality evaluation system with 3 first-level items,11 second-level items and 57 third-level items was formed.Conclusions:The content of the medical institu-tion-led Internet+nursing service quality evaluation system based on the three-dimensional structure is reasonable,and the construc-tion process is scientific,which can provide a reference basis for the evaluation of Internet+nursing service quality of medical institu-tions in China.
