品管圈在单采血小板感染管理中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in the Management of Infection During Apheresis Platelets

目的:探讨在单采血小板感染管理中应用品管圈活动,分析评估应用效果。方法:成立品管圈活动小组,运用品管圈管理模式分析血小板感染管理中存在问题并拟定对策与实施方法,并对实施效果进行监测与评价。结果:实施品管圈活动后,医务人员手卫生依从率升高;职业暴露发生率降低;单采血小板感染管控指标中的洗手正确性、职业防护正确性、医疗废物分类正确性和原辅材料信息管理正确率均提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);单采血小板感染管理指标均有所提高,且全部超过目标值。各圈员参与感、积极性、创造性思维、责任与荣誉感、团队凝聚力、品管圈手法运用、沟通协调和解决问题能力均得到提高。结论:品管圈活动有利于提高单采血小板全过程的感染控制质量及各圈员的圈能力。

Objective:To explore the application of quality control circle activities in ifection management of apheresis platelets,analyze and evaluate application ffects.Methods:The QCC activity group was established.QCC management model was used to analyze existing problems,formulate countermeasures,monitor and evaluate the implementation eeetse Results:After implementing quality control circle activities,the obedience of washing hands of medical staffs wereincreased,the incidence of occupational exposure dereased.Thedifferencesinthecrrectnessofhandwashing,infection control indicators,the correctness of medical waste classification and the accuracy of information management of raw and auxiliary materials are all staistically significant(P<0.05).The management in-dexes of platelet apheresis infection were improved,and all exceeded the target value.The sense of participation,enthusiasm,creative thinking,responsibility and honor,team cohesion,QCC techniques,communication and coordination and problem-solving skills of each circle member had been improved.Conclusion:QCC can improve the quality of infection control in the whole process of platelet apheresis,and the circle ability of each circle member.
