摘要
通过电化学测试和离线表征研究了SO_(2)和90%σs共同作用对P110钢在CO_(2)饱和溶液中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:SO_(2)能够通过影响腐蚀产物膜组分和结构,降低腐蚀产物保护性并促进局部腐蚀萌生。90%σs对于局部腐蚀的萌生阶段影响有限,主要通过影响腐蚀产物膜的最大应变使腐蚀产物膜减薄并破坏腐蚀产物膜的完整性,影响局部腐蚀的发展阶段。SO_(2)与90%σs共同作用对P110钢的均匀腐蚀和局部腐蚀行为均存在协同作用。
The effect of the interaction of SO_(2) and 90%σs on the corrosion behaviour of P110 steel in CO_(2) saturated solution is investigated by electrochemical tests and off-line characterisation.The results show that SO_(2) can reduce corrosion product protectivity and promote localised corrosion incipient stages by affecting corrosion product film components and structure.90%σs has a limited effect on the incipient stage of localised corrosion,mainly affecting the developmental stage of localised corrosion by influencing the maximum strain of the corrosion product film to make the corrosion product film thinner and destroying the integrity of the corrosion product film.Moreover,there is a synergistic effect of SO_(2) together with 90%σs on both the uniform and localised corrosion behaviour of P110 steel.
