本文主要从医联体模式下基层卫生人才队伍建设的实践与体会出发,探讨如何更好地加强基层卫生人才队伍建设。本文以示范区内所在医联体人才队伍建设的实践引发思考,通过分析医疗联合体模式下的基层卫生人才队伍建设现状,探讨了基层卫生人才队伍建设中面临的问题和挑战,并提出了一些应对措施和建议。

This paper focuses on how to better strengthen the construction of grassroots health talent team from the practice and experience of the construction of grassroots health talent team under the model of medical alliance.This paper takes the practice of the construction of health care consortium in the demonstration area as a starting point for thinking,analyzes the current situation of the construction of primary health care personnel under the medical consortium model,discusses the problems and challenges faced in the construction of primary health care talent team,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
