风险管理在胸外科护理管理中的应用效果及护理管理满意度分析

Analysis of the Effect of Risk Management Application in Thoracic Sur⁃gery Nursing Management and Nursing Management Satisfaction

目的对胸外科护理管理应用风险管理的效果进行研究。方法选择2020年9月—2022年9月在山东国欣颐养集团枣庄医院胸外科任职的22名护理人员为研究对象,以2021年9月为时间节点,2020年9月—2021年8月期间针对护理人员行常规管理,2021年9月—2022年9月期间针对护理人员基于常规管理增加风险管理,对比两种管理模式下,护理人员的工作质量、风险意识和管理满意度。结果风险管理下,护理人员风险感知、风险识别、风险评估、风险处理、风险管理等维度评分均高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。风险管理下,护理人员用药前检查、药物过敏评估、护理防护、文书记录、患者病情变化认知、风险制度知晓等维度评分均高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。风险管理下,护理人员管理满意度为100.00%,高于常规管理下的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理针对胸外科护理人员效果明显,可提高护理人员工作质量和风险意识,令护理人员管理满意度进一步提升。

Objective To study the effects of applying risk management to the management of thoracic surgical care.Methods A total of 22 nurses working in the thoracic surgery Department of Zaozhuang Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Nursing Care Group from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.With September 2021 as the time node,routine management of nurses was carried out from September 2020 to August 2021.From September 2021 to September 2022,risk management was carried out for nursing staff based on conventional management,and the work quality,risk awareness and management satisfaction of nursing staff under the two management modes were compared.Results Under risk management,nursing staff's scores of risk perception,risk identification,risk assessment,risk treatment and risk management were higher than those of conventional management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Under risk management,the scores of nurses'pre-medication examination,drug allergy assessment,nursing protection,paperwork records,patients'awareness of disease changes,and knowledge of risk system were all higher than those of conventional management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Under risk management,management satisfaction was 100.00%,higher than that under conventional management(81.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management has obvious effect on thoracic nursing staff,which can improve their work quality and risk awareness,and further improve their management satisfaction.
