磁性理念在呼吸与危重症学科护理质量管理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Magnetic Concept in Nursing Quality Management of Respiratory and Critical Care Disciplines

目的探讨在呼吸以及危重症学科护理质量管理期间实施磁性理念应用价值。方法选取2020年3月—2022年4月菏泽市定陶区人民医院的20名护理人员作为研究对象;以投掷硬币法分为两组,每组10名。施以基于责任制整体护理管理理念管理的设为参照组,施以磁性理念管理的设为研究组。对比两组护理人员工作满意度、护理质量考核结果。结果研究组工作载荷、工作自信心提高、工作本身、与同事关系、个人成长及发展、工资及福利、家庭/工作的平衡、工作被认可评分以及总分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组整体护理、病房管理、技术水平、护理书写、职责履行、工作态度以及护理操作评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院在实施呼吸与危重症学科护理质量管理期间,磁性理念管理方式的有效应用,同责任制整体护理管理理念应用效果比较,可显著提高护理人员的工作满意度,并且显著提升护理质量考核结果,从而促进护理人员综合素质的提升。

Objective To explore the application value of magnetic concept in the implementation of nursing quality management in respiratory and critical care disciplines.Methods Twenty nurses from Dingtao District People's Hospital of Heze City from March 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups of 10 by coin toss.The group that implemented management based on the overall nursing management concept of responsibility system was set as the reference group,and the group that implemented management based on the magnetic concept was set as the study group.The results of job satisfaction and nursing quality assessment were compared between the two groups.Results The work load,work confidence,work itself,relationship with colleagues,personal growth and development,salary and benefits,family/work balance,job approval rating and total score of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall nursing,ward management,technical level,nursing writing,duty performance,work attitude and nursing operation scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the implementation of nursing quality management in respiratory and critical care disciplines in hospitals,the effective application of the magnetic concept management mode,compared with the application effect of the overall nursing management concept of responsibility system,can significantly improve the job satisfaction of nursing staff,and significantly improve the nursing quality assessment results,thus promoting the im‐provement of the comprehensive quality of nursing staff.
