分析全成本精细化管理在医院经济管理中的应用与效果

Analyzing the Application and Effect of Full-cost Refinement Manage⁃ment in Hospital Economic Management

目的探讨在医院经济管理期间全成本精细化管理方式的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月泰安市妇幼保健院的员工40名为研究对象,2021年1—12月20名员工接受常规管理设为参照组,2022年1—12月20名员工接受全成本精细化管理设为研究组。对两组医院经济管理满意度评分、认知评价展开对比。结果两组管理手段评分、管理环节评分、管理细节评分、管理效果评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组失误评分、效率评分、费用评分、态度评分以及采购评分同参照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院在实施经济管理期间,全成本精细化管理方式的有效应用,可将医院经济管理满意度显著提升,并且将员工的认知评价结果显著提升,可促进总体管理水平的提高。

Objective To explore the effects of applying the full-cost refinement management approach during hospital economic management.Methods Forty employees of Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and 20 employees received routine management from January to December 2021 as the reference group;from January to December 2022,20 employees will be set up as research groups under full cost fine management.The satisfaction score and cognitive evaluation of hospital economic management were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of management methods,management links,management details and management effects were compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Error score,efficiency score,cost score,attitude score and procurement score of the study group were compared with those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con⁃clusion During the implementation of economic management in hospitals,the effective application of full-cost fine management can significantly improve the satisfaction of hospital economic management,and significantly improve the cognitive evaluation results of employees,which can promote the improvement of the overall management level.
