护理与影像技术一体化管理对放射科护理管理的干预分析

Intervention Analysis of Integrated Management of Nursing and Imaging Technology to Nursing Management in Radiology Department

目的分析护理与影像技术一体化管理对放射科护理管理的干预效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月期间泗水县人民医院影像科的12名医护人员,根据管理模式分为对照组与研究组,每组6名。对照组实施常规化护理服务模式,研究组实施护理与影像技术一体化管理模式。同时,每组对应选取患者50例。对比两组护理质量、护理考核评分。结果研究组护理质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理考核评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理与影像技术综合管理取得显著的成效,这对促进放射科护理质量的整体提升起很大作用。应建立护理和影像技术的综合管理模式,不断改善放射科的护理品质,以全面提升放射科的护理品质,为更多的患者提供有效的治疗和快速的康复。

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of integrated management of nursing and imaging technology on nursing management of radiology department.Methods From March 2020 to March 2021,the 12 medical staff in the Department of Imaging,Sishui County People's Hospital were selected and divided according to the management mode,namely the control group and the study group,with 6 members in each group.The control group implemented the routine nursing service mode,and the study group implemented the integrated nursing and imaging technology management mode.At the same time,50 patients were selected for each group.The clinical nursing quality and nursing assessment scores of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing quality score of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing assessment score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive management of nursing and imaging technology has achieved significant results,which plays a significant role in promoting the overall improvement of nursing quality in the radiology department.A comprehensive management model of nursing and imaging technology should be established to continuously improve the quality of nursing in the radiology department,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of nursing in the radiology department and provide more patients with effective treatment and rapid rehabilitation.
