摘要
目的分析柔性管理模式的实施价值,研究其在妇科护士管理中的具体应用方法。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月常德市第一人民医院25名妇科护士为研究对象,2021年2月—2022年2月对护士实施常规管理措施,设为对照组;2022年3月—2023年2月对护士实施柔性管理模式,设为研究组。研究两组护士的管理质量、护士职业倦怠感评分、工作出错率、管理效果、护士满意度。结果研究组管理质量各指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士职业倦怠感评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理效果各指标评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组工作出错率高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士对管理措施的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柔性管理模式可以帮助护士有效改善职业倦怠感,对提升管理质量及护士满意度具有积极意义,降低工作出错率,保障护理安全,推广价值高。
Objective To analyze the implementation value of the flexible management mode,this paper studies its specific application methods in the management of gynecological nurses.Methods 25 gynecological nurses from the Changde First People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects.From February 2021 to February 2022,routine management measures were implemented for nurses,and a control group was established;from March 2022 to February 2023,a flexible management model was implemented for nurses and a study group was established.The management quality,job burnout rating,job error rate,management effect and nurse satisfaction of two groups were studied.Results The scores of management quality indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of nurses burnout in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of management effects in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The error rate of control group was higher than that of study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flexible management model can help nurses effectively improve the sense of job burnout,improve the quality of management and nurse satisfaction has a positive significance,reduce the work error rate,ensure nursing safety,and promote high value.
