儿童保健医师带教中行PBL模式的干预价值研究

摘要 目的分析儿童保健医师带教中行问题导向学习(problem-based learning,PBL)模式的干预价值。方法选取2019年5月—2023年5月深圳市大鹏新区妇幼保健院保健部的实习儿童保健实习医师35名为研究对象,使用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组17名采用常规带教模式,观察组18名采用PBL带教模式,对比两组实习医师实习成绩、带教老师对实习医师的满意度以及实习医师对带教老师的满意度。结果观察组实习医师的理论成绩和实践成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教老师对观察组实习医师的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的实习医师对带教老师的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童保健医师的带教中,采用PBL的模式比常规的教学方式更能有效提高实习医师的实习成绩,改善学习效果。 Objective Analyze the intervention value of problem-based learning(PBL)model in the teaching of child healthcare physicians.Methods 35 interns in the Maternal and Child Health Care Department of Dapeng New Area Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Shenzhen from May 2019 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The control group consisted of 17 interns who received conventional teaching mode,while the observation group consisted of 18 interns who received PBL teaching mode.The internship performance of the two groups of interns was compared,the satisfaction of the teaching teacher with the intern and the satisfaction of the intern with the teaching teacher.Results The theoretical and practical scores of interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group's interns with the teaching teacher was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the interns in the observation group with the teaching teachers was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of child care physicians,the use of PBL mode is more effective than conventional teaching methods in improving the internship performance of interns and improving learning effects.
