摘要
目的解析在突发公共卫生事件中,使用理化检验质量控制的价值。方法选取2022年1—11月滕州市疾控中心检验人员20名,根据随机数字的分组方式,实施不同的管理方式,研究组(10名,80份检验样本)采取理化检验质量控制,对照组(10名,80份检验样本)采取常规理化检验,比较出报告时间、控制时间,样本检验错误率,以及工作满意度,投诉、纠纷率。结果相比对照组,研究组出报告时间、控制时间更短,样本检验错误率更低,工作满意度更高,投诉、纠纷率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在突发公共卫生事件中,使用理化检验质量控制,有效降低样本检验错误率,提高检验的结果准确率。
Objective To analyze the value of quality control using physical and chemical inspection in public health emergencies.Methods Twenty inspectors from Tengzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January to November 2022 were selected,and different management methods were implemented by randomly drawing numbers into groups,including study group(10 people,80 test samples),with physical and chemical inspection quality,control group(10 people,80 test samples),with routine physical and chemical inspection.The report time,control time,sample tese error rate,job satisfaction,complaint,error and dispute rate were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had shorter reporting and control times,lower sample test error rates,higher job satisfaction,and lower complaint and dispute rates,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In public health emergencies,the use of physical and chemical inspection quality control can effectively reduce the error rate of sample test and improve the accuracy of test results.
