摘要
本文通过对电子档案的概念、特点和应用进行分析和探讨,总结了电子档案对于疾控档案管理发展的促进作用。研究发现,电子档案具有数字化、标准化、共享化、易保存和高效查询等特点,可以大大提高疾控档案管理的效率和质量。加强对电子档案的管理和应用,将对疾控档案管理的现代化和信息化建设起到积极的促进作用。
This paper analyzed and discussed the concept,characteristics and application of electronic archives,and summarized the promoting effect of electronic archives on the development of disease control archives management.It was found that electronic archives have the characteristics of digitization,standardization,sharing,easy preservation and efficient query,which can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of disease control archives management.Strengthening the management and application of electronic archives will play a positive role in promoting the modernization and information construction of disease control archives management.
