基于OBE理念的“MOOC+翻转课堂”混合式教学模式在医学影像学的应用

Application of"MOOC+Flipped Classroom"Blended Teaching Mode in Medical Imaging Based on OBE Philosophy

医学影像学是我国医学教育体系中一门至关重要的二级学科,并随社会发展逐渐成为医学生执业能力上限的重要决定性因素。传统高校课堂教学模式越发开始难以满足学生的实际能力成长需求,而对于医学这种具有高度精细化和长期教学特征的学科,就需要积极探索更有价值、更符合医学生学习需求的教学模式及教学策略。以成果导向教育理念(outcomes-based education,OBE)为基础尝试的“大型开放式网络课程(massive open online courses,MOOC)+翻转课堂”混合式教学,表现出可满足医学生在医学影像学这一课程上实际能力发展需求的教学潜力。探讨由以上内容构成的混合式教学模式的价值,并结合具体案例对该混合式教学模式在医学影像学中的应用加以分析,以期能为相关教学工作发展提供相应的理论支持。

Medical imaging is a crucial secondary discipline in China's medical education system,and with the development of society,it has gradually become an important determinant of medical students'ability to practice.The traditional college classroom teaching mode is more and more difficult to meet the students'actual ability growth needs,and for medicine,which is a discipline with highly refined and long-term teaching characteristics,there is a need to actively explore the teaching mode and teaching strategies that are more valuable and more in line with the learning needs of medical students.The"MOOC+Flipped Classroom"blended teaching based on the OBE concept has shown the potential to meet the needs of medical students in the development of their practical abilities in the medical imaging course.We discuss the value of the blended teaching model composed of the above contents,and analyze the application of the blended teaching model in medical imaging with specific cases,in order to provide corresponding theoretical support for the development of related teaching work.
