复方植物精油对白羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和肌肉品质的影响

Effect of Compound Plant Essential Oil on the Growth Performance,Slaughtering Performance and Muscle Quality of White Feather Broilers

该试验研究复方植物精油对白羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和肌肉品质的影响。试验选取300只1日龄爱拔益加肉仔鸡。对照组Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅱ~V组分别在基础饲粮中加入酒石酸泰乐菌素可溶性粉50、400、600 mg/kg和800 mg/kg的复方植物精油,试验期42 d。研究结果表明,21日龄时,试验Ⅳ组的平均日增重显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);42日龄时,Ⅰ~V组的平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比差异均不显著(P>0.05),但Ⅳ组的料重比低于其他各组,Ⅳ组的腿肌率显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),但与其他各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅳ组腿肌肉剪切力显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),与其他各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,白羽肉鸡日粮中复方植物精油适宜的添加水平为600 mg/kg。

This experiment studied the effects of compound plant essential oils on the growth performance,slaughtering performance and muscle quality of white-feathered broilers.In the experiment,selected 3001-day-old Aiba Yijia(AA+)broilers,group Ⅰ of the control group fed the basic feed.Test Group Ⅱ~Ⅴ added compound plant essential oils with soluble powder 50,400,600 mg/kg and 800 mg/kg to the basic feed respectively,the experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that:At the age of 21 days,the average daily weight gain in Group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of Group Ⅰ(P<0.05);at the age of 42 days,the difference between the average daily intake,average daily weight gain and material weight ratio of Group Ⅰ~Ⅴ was not significant(P>0.05),but the weight ratio of Group Ⅳ was lower than that of other groups.The leg muscle rate of group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of group Ⅲ(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between other groups(P>0.05).The leg muscle shear force of group Ⅳ was significantly lower than that of Group Ⅱ(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference from other groups(P>0.05).To sum up.The appropriate addition level of compound plant essential oil in the diet of white feather broiler is 600 mg/kg.
