基于鳞片计数对中国3种林蛇分类的初步研究

摘要 该研究旨在对于林蛇属的分类提出建议。以爬行动物形态学上的经典分类方法鳞片计数法为切入点,包括腹鳞、尾下鳞、腹鳞+尾下鳞3个性状的鳞片数目,比较其差异系数和独立样本T检验,根据生物形态学和分子生物学资料,综合探讨我国林蛇属中3种蛇的分类。结果显示,对于腹鳞而言,无论雌雄,3个物种均有明显差异;对于尾下鳞而言,雌性广西林蛇与繁华林蛇差异极显著,雄性绞花林蛇与繁花林蛇差异极显著,两性合并计算,广西林蛇与绞花林蛇无显著性差异;对于腹鳞+尾下鳞而言,3个物种均有明显差异。得出结论,三者具有共同衍征的特点,源于一个共同祖先,且属于不同物种;相对繁华林蛇,广西林蛇与绞花林蛇亲缘关系更近,这与分子生物学结论一致。 This study aims to make suggestions on the classification of Boiga.The scale number counting method,as a classic morphology classification method of reptile,has been used,including three traits:“abdominal scale”,“caudal scale”and“abdominal+caudal”.The difference coefficients and t-test results have been compared,then the analysis combined with previous biomorphology and molecular biology academic papers have been comprehensive explored.The results have showed that,there have been significant differences of abdominal scales among the three species,regardless of gender.The difference between female B.guangxiensis and B.multomaculata in caudal scale has been extremely significant,and the difference between male B.kraepelini and B.multomaculata has been extremely significant,but there has been no significant difference of all individuals between B.guangxiensis and B.kraepelini.There have been significant differences of“abdominal+caudal”among the three species also.Therefore,it could be concluded that the three have the characteristic of common lineage,originating from a common ancestor and belonging to different species;and the relationship between B.guangxiensis and B.kraepelini is more close than B.multomaculata,consistenting with molecular biology conclusions.
