为研究贵州高寒牧区对引进苏特燕麦种植技术,根据实际需要对苏特燕麦在贵州高寒牧区威宁县种植适应性和当地燕麦种植现状等方面进行综合性分析,分析苏特燕麦在贵州高寒牧区人工种植中存在的问题,紧紧围绕燕麦在贵州高寒牧区种植的可行性和必要性,并分析威宁燕麦产业,对其发展提出意见建议,以期为苏特燕麦在贵州高寒牧区推广种植提供可参考的理论依据。

In order to study the introduction of Shooter Oats planting technology in Guizhou alpine pastoral area,the author made a comprehensive analysis on the planting adaptability of Shooter Oats in Weining County,Guizhou alpine pastoral area,and the current situation of local oat planting according to actual needs,analyzed the problems existing in the artificial planting of Shooter Oats in Guizhou alpine pastoral area,and closely focused on the feasibility and necessity of oat planting in Guizhou alpine pastoral area.It also analyzed the oat industry in Weining,and put forward some suggestions for its development,in order to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the planting of Shooter Oats in the alpine pastoral area of Guizhou.
