摘要
口蹄疫是一种由口蹄疫病毒引起的急性、发热性、高度接触性的传染病。该病发病率高,传播速度快、遗传变异频率高。结合口蹄疫的流行情况对延安7个县的猪、牛、羊口蹄疫的发病流行情况进行调查,能为延安市部分县域口蹄疫的预防提供依据。采集疑似感染口蹄疫病毒病畜(牛、猪、羊共400头/只)的血液,分离血清、运用已建立的PCR方法检测样品口蹄疫病毒的发病类型;试验在采集的400份血清样品中,O型口蹄疫阳性结果有2份,检出率0.5%,A型、Asia1型检出率为0。延安市部分县域地区口蹄疫的发病率为0.5%,是由O型口蹄疫病毒引起。
Foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)is an acute,febrile and highly contagious disease caused by FMD virus.The disease has high incidence,rapid spread and high frequency of genetic variation.According to the epidemic situation of FMD in China,the epidemic situation of FMD in pigs,cattle and sheep in 7 counties of Yan'an was investigated,which could provide basis for prevention of FMD in some counties of Yan'an.The blood of 400 suspected infected animals(cattle,pigs,sheep)was collected,serum was isolated,and the established PCR method was used to detect the incidence type of FMD virus in the samples.Among the 400 serum samples collected,there were 2 positive results of foot-and-mouth disease type O,the detection rate was 0.5%,and the detection rate of type A and Asia1 was 0.The incidence rate of foot-and-mouth disease in some counties of Yan'an City is 0.5%,which is caused by O-type foot-and-mouth disease virus.
