冠状动脉微血管功能障碍(coronary microvascular dysfunction,CMVD)主要指冠状前小动脉及其动脉结构在多种致病因素的作用下出现功能异常,最终引发以劳力性心绞痛为主要表现的一组综合征。冠状动脉微血管作为阻力血管,是心肌细胞营养供给和代谢产物清除的场所,该部位病变可对下游心肌细胞的灌注造成直接影响。故积极开展科学合理诊疗干预十分必要。

Coronary microvascular dysfunction(CMVD)mainly refers to the dysfunction of anterior coronary arterioles and their arterial structures under the action of many pathogenic factors,which eventually leads to a group of syndromes mainly manifested by exertional angina pectoris.As a resistance vessel,coronary microvessels are the place for nutrient supply and metabolite clearance of cardiomyocytes.The lesions in this area can directly affect the perfusion of downstream cardiomyocytes.Therefore,it is necessary to actively carry out scientific and reasonable diagnosis and treatment intervention.
