2003—2022年中医药治疗卒中后抑郁的文献计量学分析

Bibliometrics analysis of post-stroke depression treated with traditional Chinese medicine from 2003 to 2022

目的探讨我国2003—2022年中医药治疗卒中后抑郁的研究热点和发展趋势,为该领域的学术研究提供参考。方法使用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件,检索中国知网(CNKI)2003年1月1日至2022年12月31日收录的相关文献,对发文量、作者、机构、关键词等内容进行可视化,并对研究状况和发展趋势进行分析。结果共纳入843篇中文文献。发文量呈先稳步上升后升降交替的趋势,发文量最多的为天津中医药大学第一附属医院。治疗方法主要为中药、中药+针刺、针刺+西药、针刺+西医康复,评估指标主要为治疗后抑郁行为及神经功能改善程度。目前主要研究内容是临床治疗方法及疗效,仅有少量文献涉及炎症因子、蛋白、神经递质及海马结构等变化的机制。结论中医药治疗卒中后抑郁是研究的热点方向。

Objective To explore the research hotspots and development trends of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of post-stroke depression in China from 2003 to 2022,and to provide a reference for academic research in this field.Methods CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used to search for relevant literature collected by China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI)from January 1,2003 to December 31,2022.The publication volume,authors,institutions,keywords,and other content were visualized,and the research status and development trends were analyzed.Results In total of 843 Chinese articles were included.The publication volume showed a trend of first rising steadily and then rising and falling alternately.The First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of T raditional Chinese Medicine had the largest publication volume.The treatment methods mainly included traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine+acupuncture,acupuncture+Western medicine,and acupuncture+Western medicine rehabilitation,and the assessment indicators mainly included the degree of improvement in depressive behavior and n eurological function after treatment.At present,the main research content was clinical treatment methods and efficacy,with only a small amount of literature involving the mechanisms of changes in inflammatory factors,proteins,neurotransmitters,and hippocampal structure.Conclusion The treatment of post-stroke depression with traditional Chinese medicine is a hot research direction.
