铝镁混悬液(Ⅱ)联合雷贝拉唑治疗急性胃黏膜损伤的效果观察

摘要 目的探讨铝镁混悬液(Ⅱ)联合雷贝拉唑治疗急性胃黏膜损伤的效果,观察其对胃蛋白酶原、氧化应激状态的影响。方法将锦州医科大学附属第一医院2021年6月至2022年6月收治的240例急性胃黏膜损伤患者按随机数表法分为两组,观察组(120例)给予患者铝镁混悬液(Ⅱ)及雷贝拉唑治疗,对照组(120例)给予患者雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、用药安全性、胃镜下黏膜糜烂情况积分及胃蛋白酶原、胃泌素、氧化应激水平等。结果观察组总有效率(95.83%)优于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后均未出现严重不良反应。治疗后观察组胃镜下糜烂积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)、胃泌素(GAS)、血栓烷素B2(TXB2)较对照组更低,前列腺素E2(PGE2)、6-酮-前列环素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-Aoc)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)等氧化应激水平明显高于对照组患者,丙二醛(MDA)水平则明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论铝镁混悬液(Ⅱ)联合雷贝拉唑治疗急性胃黏膜损伤在促进胃黏膜修复方面更有优势,且能够改善氧化应激水平,治疗效果更好,用药安全性高,有一定的临床推广应用价值。 Objective To explore the efficacy of aluminum-magnesium suspension(Ⅱ)combined with PPI in the treatment of acute gastric mucosal injury,and to observe its effect on pepsinogen and oxidative stress.Methods A total of 240 patients with acute gastric mucosal injury admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(120 cases)was treated with aluminum magnesium suspension(Ⅱ)and rabeprazole,while the control group(120 cases)was treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric coated tablets.The treatment efficacy,medication safety,score of mucosal erosion under gastroscopy,and pepsinogen were compared between the two groups Gastrin and oxidative stress levels.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.8%)was better than that of the control group(73.4%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reaction between the two groups after treatment.After treatment,the score of gastroscopic erosion in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ),pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ),gastrin(GAS),thromboxane B2(TXB2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,prostaglandin E2(PGE2),6-keto-prostacyclin F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),total antioxidant capacity(T-Aoc),glutathione peroxidase(GSH2PX)and other oxidative stress in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aluminum magnesium suspension(Ⅱ)combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of acute gastric mucosal injury has more advantages in promoting the repair of gastric mucosa,and can improve the level of oxidative stress,with better therapeutic effect and high drug safety,which has certain clinical application value.
