基于新一代防火墙的网络攻击预警分析设计与应用

摘要 随着信息技术的迅猛发展,人们使用各种公开网站及系统的次数逐渐增多,遭受的网络攻击也变得更加频繁。在此情况下,继续沿用传统的统计方式分析网络攻击情况,无疑会给网络安全管理员带来巨大的工作量。为解决这一问题,文章基于新一代防火墙提出了一种综合方法,通过运用多种数据分析技术,如统计分析、机器学习和数据挖掘等技术,实现了全面深入的网络攻击分析,提高了预警的准确性和实时性。最后在实验环境下,选用不同威胁检测算法进行了对比实验,并通过数据分析和可视化呈现了攻击类型分布和趋势分析结果。 With the rapid development of information technology,people use various open websites and systems frequently,and the number of network attacks also becomes frequent.In this case,continuing to use traditional statistical methods to analyze network attacks will undoubtedly bring a huge workload to network security administrators.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a comprehensive method based on Next Generation Firewall.By using a variety of data analysis techniques,such as statistical analysis,machine learning and data mining,the comprehensive and in-depth network attack analysis is realized,which improves the accuracy and real-time of early warning.Finally,in the experimental environment,different threat detection algorithms are selected to carry out comparative experiments,and the analysis results of attack type distribution and trend are presented through data analysis and visualization.
