摘要
研究生考试人数的逐年增加不仅给各招生学校带来了压力,同时各考点组织考试的压力也越来越大。特别是自命题考试试卷的收发整理工作所需面对的招生学校和科目众多,整理工作难度大、易出错、责任大。因此,如何减轻考点工作量、提高工作效率、降低错误率是一项急于解决的问题。通过对自命题试卷整理工作流程的梳理,研发一套试卷管理辅助工具,以期能有效解决这一难题。
The increasing number of graduate students taking the exam year by year not only brings pressure to enrollment schools but also increases the pressure on exam centers to organize exams.Especially in the sending and organizing of self-set exam papers,there are many enrollment schools and subjects that need to be addressed,making the organizing work challenging,error-prone,and demanding responsibility.Therefore,addressing how to reduce the workload of examination centers,improve work efficiency,and reduce error rates is an urgent problem to be solved.By streamlining the workflow for organizing self-set exam papers,we aim to develop a set of exam papers management auxiliary tools with the goal of effectively addressing this challenge.
