锌浸出渣加废水渣混合处理的试验研究

摘要 锌湿法冶炼产出的锌浸出渣主要含有锌、铁、硅、钙等有价金属元素,锌主要是通过回转窑还原挥发,以氧化锌的形式富集在烟尘中进行回收。通过采用锌浸出渣加废水渣混合料的生产试验,对产出的丢渣品位、处理量等主要技术指标进行了对比评述。试验表明,锌浸出渣加废水渣混合处理可以显著降低丢渣含锌品位。 Zinc leaching residue produced by zinc hydrometallurgy mainly contains valuable metal elements such as zinc,iron,silicon,calcium,etc.Zinc is mainly reduced and volatilized by rotary kiln,and is enriched in the form of zinc oxide in the smoke and dust for recovery.Through the production test of zinc leaching slag plus waste water slag mixture,the main technical indexes such as slag grade and treatment capacity are compared and reviewed.The experiment shows that the mixed treatment of zinc leaching residue and wastewater residue can significantly reduce the zinc content of the waste residue.
