健康服务与管理专业临床见习满意度与影响因素分析

Analysis of Satisfaction and Influencing Factors of Clinical Internship in Health Services and Management Specialty

目的:了解健康服务与管理专业学生临床见习带教教师对学生临床见习的满意度,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查法对江西中医药大学健康服务与管理专业学生临床见习带教教师进行问卷调查。结果:带教教师对见习总体满意度为(4.44±0.37)分,其中见习形式及内容、学生学习态度、见习效果的满意度分别为(4.47±0.42)分、(4.55±0.45)分、(4.31±0.52)分。不同专业领域带教教师对学生学习态度、见习形式及内容的满意度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:带教教师对健康服务与管理专业学生临床见习满意度较好,其中带教教师所属专业领域是学生学习态度、见习形式及内容满意度的影响因素。

Objective:To understand the satisfaction of clinical internship instructors for students majoring in health services and management with their clinical internship,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among the clinical internship instructors of health services and management majors students in Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results:The overall satisfaction of the instructors with the internship was 4.44±0.37 points,in which the satisfaction of the form and content arrangement of the internship,the learning attitude of the students and the internship effect were 4.47±0.42 points,4.55±0.45 points and 4.31±0.52 points,respectively.The satisfaction of teachers in different professional fields with students'learning attitude,internship form and content arrangement was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Instructors have better satisfaction with clinical internship of health services and management students,and the professional field of instructors is the influence factors of students'learning attitude,internship form and content arrangement satisfaction.
