This paper focuses on the research on the impact of the badminton competition system on badminton teaching in colleges and universities,analyzes the positive and negative impacts of the badminton competition system on badminton teaching in colleges and universities,and gives suggestions to apply the badminton competition system to the current badminton teaching in colleges and universities from three aspects:pay attention to application frequency to grasp the rhythm of teaching,fully understand the situation of students to reasonably stratify,and correctly deal with the relationship between winning and losing to guide students to correctly contact,aiming at providing valuable reference for research scholars.
