以健康为核心的普通高校体育课程设计理论与实践路径

摘要 高校体育课程作为提升大学生体质的主要途径,课程的质量直接影响着学生健康的改善情况。针对当前大学生体质逐年下降的严峻形势,以健康为导向对高校体育课程进行了整体设计。创新性地通过将传统体育课程向训练化转变,保证体能练习时长、负荷强度,把控负荷量,培养健康理论的认知等措施,有效地改善了大学生体质健康状况。并通过教师观念改变、评价体系完善、政策导向与学校支持等方式提出高校体育课程改革的实施路径。 As the main way to improve the physical fitness of college students,the quality of college physical education courses directly affects the improvement of students'health.In view of the current severe situation that the physical fitness of college students is decreasing year by year,the overall design of college physical education courses is carried out with health as the orientation.The physical health of college students have been effectively improved by innovative measures such as changing traditional physical education courses to training,ensuring the length and intensity of physical exercise,controlling the load,and cultivating the cognition of health theories.And the implementation path of college physical education curriculum reform is proposed through the ways such as the change of teachers'concepts,the improvement of evaluation systems,policy guidance and school support.
