摘要
依据GB/T 27417—2017《合格评定化学分析方法确认和验证指南》中有关方法验证的规定,验证GB/T 5750.8—2023《生活饮用水标准检验方法第8部分:有机物指标》顶空毛细管柱气相色谱法测定5种有机物指标。验证过程涉及线性及线性范围、检出限、精密度及正确度5个项目,并对验证结果进行分析讨论,最后得出试验的关键点。
According to the relevant provisions of method verif ication in GB/T 27417—2017 Guide for the Validation and Verif ication of Chemical Analysis Methods for Conformity Assessment,the headspace capillary column gas chromatography was used to verify the determination of f ive organic indicators in GB/T 5758.8—2023 Standard Test methods for Drinking Water Part 8:Organic Indicators.The verif ication process involves f ive items:measurement range and linear range,detection limit,precision and accuracy,and the verif ication results are analyzed and discussed,and f inally the key points of the experiment are obtained.
