摘要 海上油田具有开发投资大、平台寿命有限的特点,要求油井高速高效开发,以获得较高的经济性。近年渤海油田低产低效井逐年增多,为提高单井产能采取了综合治理措施,其中侧钻治理井逐年增多。总结了渤海油田四类侧钻治理模式,即原井眼附近侧钻型、井间加密侧钻型、完善注采井网型、分层系调整型。为提升侧钻调整井挖潜效果,最大程度减少对周边老井的影响,提出了平面和纵向波及效率最优井位优化方法,形成不同储层模式下波及效率与井距关系。M油田实践表明,低产低效井侧钻治理后可有效提升油井产能,对渤海注水油田的高效开发具有一定的推广意义。 Offshore oilf ields have the characteristics of high development investment and limited platform life,requiring highspeed and eff icient development of oil wells to achieve high economic eff iciency.In recent years,the number of low production and low eff iciency wells in Bohai Oilf ield has been increasing year by year.Comprehensive control measures have been taken to improve the production capacity of single wells,with an increasing number of sidetracking control wells.Summarized four types of lateral drilling management models in Bohai Oilf ield,namely the original wellbore near lateral drilling type,interwell inf ill lateral drilling type,improved injection production well network type,and layered system adjustment type.In order to improve the potential tapping effect of sidetracking adjustment wells and minimize the impact on surrounding old wells,a method for optimizing the optimal well location for horizontal and vertical sweep eff iciency has been proposed,forming a relationship between sweep eff iciency and well spacing under different reservoir modes.The practice of M oilf ield has shown that sidetracking treatment for low production and low eff iciency wells can effectively improve oil well productivity,which has certain promotion signif icance for the eff icient development of Bohai water injection oilf ield.
