摘要
燃气锅炉在高原地区运行中普遍存在着不完全燃烧、出力不足、热效率低等问题,高海拔地区燃气锅炉运行过程中过量空气系数的选取,显著对锅炉安全经济运行指标产生影响,过量空气系数过低,会引起安全隐患,过量空气系数过高,会降低锅炉运行效率。本文采用理论计算与能效测试相结合方法,给出高海拔地区燃气锅炉经济运行过量空气系数选取方法应该根据锅炉运行过程中烟气组分中一氧化碳的含量尽量减小。
The gas boiler in the plateau area generally exist in the operation of the problem of incomplete combustion and low output and thermal efficiency,high altitude in the process of gas boiler running selection of excess air coefficient,significant influence on the boiler safe and economic operation index,excess air coefficient is low,will cause potential safety hazard,excess air coefficient is too high,reduces the boiler efficiency.In this paper,a combination of theoretical calculation and energy efficiency test is used to show that the selection method of excess air coefficient for economic operation of gas boilers in high altitude areas should be based on the content of carbon monoxide in the flue gas components during boiler operation.
