数字经济、能源效率和碳排放——基于省级面板数据的实证 被引量:13

摘要 文章以我国31个省份2011—2020年的面板数据为样本,运用熵值法测算了各省份的数字经济发展指数,并通过双向固定效应模型、中介效应模型和调节效应模型考察了数字经济、能源效率和碳排放之间的逻辑关系。研究结果表明:(1)数字经济可以有效抑制碳排放,但是对于不同区域的省份和是否为碳交易市场试点省份的影响具有异质性。数字经济对于东部地区省份和碳交易市场试点省份的碳排放抑制作用更为显著。(2)数字经济可以通过提高能源生产转化效率和降低能源消费强度的中介效应来抑制碳排放。(3)数字经济对于能源生产结构优化具有调节效应,数字经济可以增强能源生产结构优化对碳排放的抑制作用。 This paper takes the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020 as a sample,measures the digital economy development index of each province by entropy method,and examines the logical relationship among digital economy,en-ergy efficiency and carbon emission through two-way fixed effect model,mediating effect model and moderating effect model.The results are as follows:(1)Digital economy can effectively curb carbon emissions,but it is heterogeneous for provinces in different regions and whether they are pilot provinces of carbon trading market;Digital economy has a more significant effect on carbon emissions in the eastern provinces and the pilot provinces of the carbon market.(2)Digital economy can curb carbon emissions through the mediating effects of increased energy conversion efficiency and reduced energy consumption intensity.(3)Digital economy has a regulating effect on the optimization of energy production structure,and the digital economy can enhance the inhi-bition effect of energy production structure optimization on carbon emissions.
