基于惜食文化作用下的食物设计研究

摘要 通过对惜食文化的研究,提出惜食文化作用下食物设计的设计路径。厘清惜食文化的概念与文化内容,剖析现代语境下惜食文化下食物设计研究的出发源点。根据文化内容的不同层级特征,构建出食物设计介入惜食文化的设计创新实践路径。通过将中国文化中的惜食层面的文化进行整理与归纳,使食物设计呈现中国式设计特征,有利于食物设计研究“萃取”中国文化基因和对当下社会语境进行迭代与调适,是中国文化与食物设计结合的设计创新尝试,具有一定的实践创新意义。 Through the study of the culture of cherishing food,this paper puts forward the design path of food design under the function of the culture of cherishing food.Clarify the concept and causes of the culture of cherishing food,analyze the starting point of food design research under the culture of cherishing food in the modern context.According to the classification of cultural elements,this paper constructs a practical path for food design to intervene in the culture of cherishing food.By sorting out and summarizing the culture of cherishing food in Chinese culture,the food design presents the characteristics of Chinese design,which is conducive to the food design research"extracting"the Chinese cultural gene and iterating and adjusting the current social context.It is a design innovation attempt of the combination of Chinese culture and food design,and has some practical and innovation significance.
