摘要
利用Kano模型分析用户需求要素,进行城市短途电动自行车的创新设计,解决城市用户出行问题。通过桌面调研及对部分目标人群进行访谈,得到功能需求点;在此基础上发放Kano问卷并结合Better-Worse系数分析结果;最后绘制四分位图进行功能优先级排序,确定设计改进点后使用Rhino完成模型制作。完成此次电动自行车创新设计。该设计符合绿色出行概念及设计趋势,运用Kano模型分析用户需求要素,可为今后相关产品创新提供新思路。
To analyze the user demand elements using Kano model,and to carry out the innovative design of urban short-distance electric bicycle to solve the urban users'travel problems.Collecting user needs through desktop research and interview some target groups to get demand points;on this basis,distribute Kano questionnaires and combine the results with Better-Worse coefficient analysis;finally,draw a quadratic diagram to prioritize functions and determine design improvement points then using Rhino to finish the design modeling.The innovative design of this electric bicycle was completed.The design is in line with the concept of green mobility and design trends,and the use of Kano model to analyze user demand elements can provide new ideas for future related product innovation.
