摘要
拉丁美洲是重要地缘政治文化板块,深入研究其语言政策与规划具有重大国别区域研究意义。近年来语言教育规划在拉丁美洲受到特别的重视。新世纪以来随着语言复兴运动的兴起,拉美诸国纷纷颁布相关语言政策法。本研究对拉丁美洲10个国家语言政策文本的309条法条展开历史结构主义框架下的内容分析,从语言教育规划的视角切入探讨语言教育、公众氛围、母语人群和语言研究4大结构性因素对语言复兴运动的作用。研究结果修正“语言复兴之钻”的理论框架,并为人类命运共同体下的语言教育规划研究挖掘新时代的拓展意义。
Latin America is an important geo-cultural area of more than 20 million square kilometers.In recent years,language education planning in Latin America has received special attention.Since the beginning of the new century,with the rise of the language revitalization movement,Latin American countries have promulgated relevant language policy laws.Through the historical structuralist analysis of the language policy texts of ten Latin American countries,this study explores its role in language revitalization from the perspective of language education planning,hoping to bring new ideas to the study of language education planning in a community of shared future for mankind.
