摘要
目的:对硫酸铜比重法检测无偿献血者血红蛋白中缓慢上浮的无偿献血者进行定量检测分析。方法:随机选取200名无偿献血者,用HemoCUE-201小型血红蛋白测定仪与全自动血液分析仪检测血红蛋白,检测结果的差异性与符合率作对比分析。选取8834名无偿献血者用硫酸铜比重法检测血红蛋白,其中上浮者3256人、上浮且在15秒内下沉者5578人,对这些献血者用HemoCUE—201小型血红蛋白测定仪做定量检测。结果:HemoCUE-201小型血红蛋白测定仪与全自动血液分析仪检测200名无偿献血者血红蛋白结果的符合率为98.5%(197/200);两种方法的检测结果统计学分析无显著性差异,P>0.05(t=1.744)。在3256名上浮者中,3048名献血者的Hb定量检测结果低于健康查体要求,硫酸铜检测Hb的准确率为93.6%(3048/3256);在5578名15秒内下沉者中,5170名献血者的Hb定量检测结果符合健康查体要求,硫酸铜检测Hb的准确率为92.7%(5170/5578)。在本研究上浮、上浮且在15秒内下沉的8834名无偿献血者中,硫酸铜检测Hb的准确率为93%(8218/8834)。结论:无偿献血者献血前检测血红蛋白,初筛用硫酸铜比重法做定性检测,在上浮、15秒内下沉不易判断结果的无偿献血者中,用血红蛋白测定仪做定量检测。
Objective:To analyse the quantitative test of the floaters in testing the volunteer blood donors’hemoglobin with the method of CuSO4-Density.Methods:200 volunteer blood donors'hemoglobin were tested with mini-HemoCUE-201 hemoglobin apparatus and the method of CuSO4-Density,the difference and the coincidence rate of test result were analyzed.8834 volunteer blood donors'hemoglobin were tested with the method of CuSO4-Density,including 3256 floaters and 5578 descenders within 15 seconds,all were tested with mini-HemoCUE-201 hemoglobin appatatus.Results:The coincidence rate of test result of the 200 volunteer blood donors'hemoglobin which were tested with mini-HemoCUE-201 hemoglobin apparatus and the method of CuSO4-Density is 98.5%(197/200);There is no significant difference in statistical analysis between the result of the two methods,P>0.05(t=1.744).The accuracy rate is 93.6%(3048/3256)among 3256 floaters in testing hemoglobin with the method of CuSO4-Density;Among 5578 descenders within 15 seconds the accuracy rate is 92.7%(5170/5578).The accuracy rate is 93%(8218/8834)among 8834 volunteer blood donors which were floaters and descenders within 15 seconds.Conclusion:Hemoglobin of the volunteer blood donors are qualitatively tested among floaters and descenders within 15 seconds those were tested with the method of CuSO4-Density in the pre-test.
