热可逆交联丙烯酸酯橡胶的合成

摘要 合成了含呋喃基的功能性丙烯酸糠酯单体,通过自由基乳液聚合实现了丙烯酸糠酯-乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯三元共聚物橡胶(FA-EEA)的合成。以N,N'-(4,4'-亚甲基二苯基)双马来酰亚胺为交联剂与三元共聚物中的呋喃发生Diels-Alder反应实现了橡胶的热可逆交联。采用1H NMR,FTIR,DSC等方法研究了共聚物的组成和可逆交联结构,并对材料进行了力学性能测试。实验结果表明,FA-EEA中呋喃含量可在1.7%~7.5%(x)调节,从而能对聚合物交联程度进行设计;可逆交联FA-EEA的力学性能优于未交联试样,可通过调控交联密度实现对聚合物力学性能的调节;交联FA-EEA具有可重复加工性,加工3次后材料仍保持较好的力学性能。 Functional monomer furfuryl acrylate containing furfuryl group was synthesized and furfuryl acrylate-ethylene-ethyl acrylate terpolymer rubber(FA-EEA)was synthesized by free radical emulsion polymerization.The thermo-reversible crosslinking of rubber was achieved by Diels-Alder reaction between furyl groups in the terpolymer and the crosslinking agent N,N'-(4,4'-methylene diphenyl)bismaleimide.The composition and reversible crosslinking structure of the copolymers were studied by 1H NMR,FTIR and DSC,and the mechanical properties of the materials were tested.The results show that the content of furan in FA-EEA can be adjusted in 1.7%-7.5%(x),allowing for the design of polymer cross-linking degree.The mechanical properties of the reversibly cross-linked FA-EEA are higher than those of the uncross-linked samples,and can be adjusted by adjusting the crosslinking density.The cross-linked FA-EEA has repeatability,and the materials maintain good mechanical properties after 3 times of processing.
