综合考虑环氧丙烷的毒性、标准限制、消防审批和操作费用等因素,并结合具体工程设计案例和计算结果,浅析了环氧丙烷储存的安全性和储罐的选型原则。对环氧丙烷储罐的压力控制方案及储罐排气的三种主要处理方式进行了分析,为环氧丙烷储罐的设计提供参考。

The safety of storing propylene oxide and the selection principles of its storage tanks were analyzed according to specific engineering design cases and calculation results,considering the toxicity of propylene oxide,standard limitations,restrictions on fire approval and operating costs.Furthermore,the pressure control scheme of propylene oxide storage tanks and three common treatment methods for tank vent gas were described and analyzed,which provides a theoretical reference for development direction of propylene oxide storage tank design.
