γ-氨基丁酸对肉羊生长指标、血清生化、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects ofγ-Aminobutyric Acid on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Indicators,Antioxidant Indicators and Immune Indicators of Mutton Sheep

摘要 为了研究不同剂量γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)对肉羊的作用,试验选择120只月龄相近的杜寒杂交绵羊,随机分为4个组,即:对照组、试验1组(60 mg/kg GABA)、试验2组(100 mg/kg GABA)、试验3组(140 mg/kg GABA),预试期3 d,正试期30 d,对肉羊生长性能、血清生化、抗氧化及免疫指标进行了测定。结果表明:①试验2组和试验3组的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2、3组的采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2组和试验3组的料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。②与对照组相比,试验2、3组肉羊血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)含量显著提高(P<0.05),谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性以及尿素氮(BUN)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。③试验1、2、3组血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05),试验2、3组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05),试验1、2、3组血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05);④试验2、3组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。综合结果:日粮中添加100、140 mg/kg GABA能够改善肉羊生长性能、血清生化、抗氧化及免疫指标,考虑经济成本,推荐添加量为100 mg/kg。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different doses ofγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)on mutton sheep.The experimental animals were 120 similar month old Du Han hybrid sheep,randomly divided into 4 groups:control group and experimental group 1(60 mg/kg GABA),test group 2(100 mg/kg GABA),test group 3(140 mg/kg GABA),pre feeding period of 3 days,experimental period of 30 days.The growth performance,serum biochemical,antioxidant and immune indexes,were detected in this experiment.The results showed that:①the average daily weight gain of group 2 and group 3 was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the feed intake of group 2 and group 3 was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The feed weight ratio of group 2 and group 3 was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).②Compared with control group,the serum total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)contents of the group 2 and group 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the activities of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and urea nitrogen(BUN)content were significantly reduced(P<0.05).③The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the serum of groups 1,2,and 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in groups 2 and 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the serum of groups 1,2,and 3 were significantly reduced(P<0.05).④The levels of serum immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),and interleukin-2(IL-2)in group 2 and 3 significantly increased(P<0.05).Comprehensive research results:Adding 100 mg/kg and 140 mg/kg GABA to diet can improve the growth performance,serum biochemical,antioxidant,and immune indicators of mutton sheep.Considering economic costs,the recommended dosage is 100 mg/kg.
