沙棘籽油软胶囊中4种生育酚的含量测定

Content determination for 4 tocopherols in Seabuckthorn Seed Oil Soft Capsules

目的建立沙棘籽油软胶囊中4种生育酚的高效液相色谱(HPLC)含量测定方法。方法采用Agilent Poroshell 120 PFP色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,4μm),流动相为甲醇-水(94∶6),检测波长为294 nm,柱温为26℃,流速为0.9 mL·min^(-1)。结果α-生育酚、β-生育酚、γ-生育酚和δ-生育酚分别在1.83~91.48、1.86~93.09、1.84~91.85、1.77~88.70μg·mL^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率在96.32%~98.45%之间,RSD在0.48%~1.43%。结论建立的方法重复性好,专属性强,能够用于测定沙棘籽油软胶囊中4种生育酚的含量。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining contents of 4 tocopherols in Seabuckthorn Seed Oil Soft Capsules(SSOSC).Methods HPLC analysis was performed on an Agilent Poroshell 120 PFP column(4.6 mm×250 mm,4μm)with the mobile phase of methanol-water(94∶6).The detection wavelength was 294 nm,the column temperature was 26℃,and the flow rate was 0.9 mL·min^(-1).Resultsα-tocopherol,β-tocopherol,γ-tocopherol andδ-tocopherol showed good linear relationships in the ranges of 1.83~91.48,1.86~93.09,1.84~91.85,1.77~88.70μg·mL^(-1),respectively.The average recoveries was between 96.32%~98.45%with RSD between 0.48%~1.43%.Conclusion The established method has good repeatability and specificity,and could be used to determine contents of 4 tocopherols in SSOSCs.
