制造强国战略下的应用型本科高校大国工匠培养:路向、路障与路标

大国工匠是应用型本科高校服务国家制造强国战略的发力支点,也是应用型本科高校持续发展的动力源泉,还是学生成长的“引力势能”。然而,目前应用型本科高校在大国工匠培养过程中问题较多,如培养理念有所偏离、培养过程有失协同、培养保障有待加强等。应用型本科高校应以“匠心”的雕琢、“匠技”的修炼、“匠魂”的塑造为路标指引,逐步培养更多技艺精湛、德技双馨、勇攀高峰的大国工匠型人才,助推制造强国战略目标的实现。

The great craftsmen is not only the fulcrum for application-oriented universities to serve the nation's manufacturing power strategy,but also the driving force for the sustainable development of application-oriented universities,as well as the"gravitational potential energy"for the growth of university students.However,at present,application-oriented universities are facing many obstacles in the cultivation process of great craftsmen,such as the cultivation concept deviates,the cultivation process is inadequate coordinated,and the cultivation guarantee needs to be strengthened,etc.Application-oriented universities should take the carving of"craftsman's heart",the practicing of"craftsman's skill"and the shaping of"craftsman's soul"as the guidance of landmarks,and gradually cultivate more great craftsmen who have superb skills,high morality and brave to faces difficulties,so as to boost the realization of the goal of China's manufacturing power strategy.
