摘要
本研究将新田煤矿1901工作面智能化开采作为分析对象,从当前工作面的实际地质条件出发,重点从自动跟机放煤智能化控制、顶煤精准探测技术等方面,构建了智能化综合机械化开采工作面。通过从输送机运载负荷监测、对放煤机构控制、对综放面三机工况监测、对工作面直线度控制、系统定位、防碰撞、成套设备大数据专家系统等方面进行全面智能化控制。在采取智能化控制技术后,井下的人员数量明显下降,每个工作人员的工作效果明显提升,工人劳动强度也明显下降。
This article takes the intelligent mining of the 1901 working face of Xintian Coal Mine as the analysis object.Starting from the actual geological conditions of the current working face,it focuses on the intelligent control of automatic coal following and discharging,precise detection technology of top coal,and other aspects to construct an intelligent comprehensive mechanized mining working face.Through comprehensive intelligent control from aspects such as conveyor load monitoring,coal caving mechanism control,monitoring of the working conditions of the three machines in the fully mechanized caving face,straightness control of the working face,system positioning,collision prevention,and a complete set of equipment big data expert system.After adopting intelligent control technology,the number of personnel underground has significantly decreased,the work efficiency of each worker has significantly improved,and the labor intensity of workers has also significantly decreased.
