摘要
某型飞机外场使用及内场修理时多次发生液冷系统欠压、喷液故障。通过对液冷系统的工作原理、欠压灯亮的工作机制、液冷泵产品内部密封结构的分析及系统故障的复现试验,确定了液冷泵自身存在密封结构缺陷,在泵工作阶段吸入大量空气,最终导致液冷泵自身进油口吸入不足,出口流体流量下降报系统欠压,同时系统停止工作后在残留气体及系统压力的作用下,突破安全活门压力限制向外喷冷却液。同时,结合修理经验和仿真验证,给出该故障使用、修理优化措施及后续改进方向,为提高该型飞机修理后的使用可靠性提供参考。
Undervoltage and spray failure of liquid cooling system occurred many times during the use and repair of a certain type of aircraft.Through the working principle of the liquid cooling system,the working mechanism of the undervoltage light,the analysis of the internal seal structure of the liquid cooling pump product and the recurrence test of the system failure,it is determined that the liquid cooling pump itself has a seal structure defect,which inhales a lot of air during the pump working stage,and eventually leads to the insufficient suction of the oil inlet of the liquid cooling pump itself,and the fluid flow at the outlet drops to report the system underpressure.At the same time,after the system stops working,under the action of residual gas and system pressure,the coolant is sprayed outward through the pressure limit of the safety valve.At the same time,combined with the repair experience and simulation verification,the use of the fault,repair optimization measures and subsequent improvement direction are given,which provides a reference for improving the service reliability of the aircraft after repair.
