摘要
本文主要研究一种图腾柱功率放大电路和结构,通过研究分析电路结构,及其应用到D类音频功率放大器中,针对布局布线、效率和电磁兼容问题,经过理论研究,电路设计和仿真得到电路模型,最后结合实物模型,针对D类音频功率放大器的电磁兼容性、效率等进一步获得实验数据,为整个放大器电路模型优化及改进提供数据基础,实现D类音频功率放大器的低成本小型化,同时符合规范和标准要求。
This paper mainly studies a totem pole power amplifier circuit and structure.By studying and analyzing the circuit structure,and applying it to Class D audio power amplifier,the circuit model is obtained through theoretical research,circuit design and simulation for layout,efficiency and electromagnetic compatibility problems.Finally,combined with the physical model,further experimental data are obtained for Electromagnetic compatibility,efficiency,etc.of Class D audio power amplifier,Provide the data foundation for the optimization and improvement of the entire amplifier circuit model,achieve low-cost miniaturization of Class D audio power amplifiers,and meet the requirements of specifications and standards.
