摘要
针对化工生产过程中对多容量液位被控对象的控制需求,设计了一种基于模糊PID的双容水箱液位控制实验系统。该试验设备使用A3000过程监控装置,通过串级控制的方式来完成对双容水箱中下水箱液位的控制,并推导出双容水箱的模型,设计出双容水箱模糊控制器,用Matlab对双容水箱液位控制器PID控制与模糊控制分别进行模拟。试验结果显示,模糊PID控制器的内回路可以有效地解决二次干扰的影响,并能够增加主控制器的增益,进而对控制难度较大的二阶对象实施更有效管理。
According to the control requirements of multi-capacity liquid level controlled objects in chemical production process,an experimental device for liquid level control of double-capacity water tank based on fuzzy PID was designed.The experimental device adopts the A3000 process control device,adopts the cascade control method to realize the control of the liquid level of the lower tank in the double tank,and derives the mathematical model of the double tank,designs the fuzzy controller of the double tank,and simulates the PID control and fuzzy control of the double tank liquid level control system with Matlab.The experimental results show that the internal loop of fuzzy PID control can effectively overcome the influence of the secondary disturbance,and can increase the gain of the main controller,so as to effectively control the second-order objects which are difficult to control.
